Dr. Martin Aebi's practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, with an emphasis on intellectual property related disputes such as licensing and joint-development issues. He has acted as counsel in a wide variety of proceedings under the ICC Rules, Swiss Rules, Vienna Rules and in ad hoc arbitration. In addition, he has extensive experience as a counsel in intellectual property and unfair competition litigation before Swiss courts.
