Lara Dorigo's practice focuses on intellectual property, licensing, unfair competition and media law, with an emphasis on parallel importation and technology-related disputes. She is experienced in both contentious and transactional work. Within her fields of practice Lara Dorigo primarily represents clients in litigation and acts as counsel in arbitrations. In addition, she advises on licensing and R&D agreements (including competition law aspects of technology transfer arrangements), branding strategies, franchising and selective distribution agreements, entertainment law, pharmaceutical law and personality right issues. In the past, Lara Dorigo also practiced as a member of the IP Litigation Group of Allen & Overy, London.
