Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle's practice concentrates on dispute resolution (arbitration both as counsel and arbitrator, ADR, court litigation). He has been involved in more than 120 arbitrations (e.g. sales agreements, agency & distribution, licences, joint ventures, telecommunications, construction, M&A, sports). At Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva he is a partner of the Arbitration group and co-leads the Sports group. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and the author of more than 40 books and articles.
