Dr. Florent Thouvenin's practice mainly focuses on intellectual property and unfair competition law. He represents clients as counsel before Swiss courts and in administrative proceedings. Florent Thouvenin also advises clients on a broad range of IP-related issues, such as enforcement strategies and contract negotiations. He is the author of numerous publications in the area of intellectual property, unfair competition and contract law. Florent Thouvenin also acts as a permanent lecturer at the University of Zurich and various Swiss colleges of higher education.
