Alex Wittmann is managing partner of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich since 2011 and an expert on litigation and arbitration. He advises clients regularly on contractual and commercial disputes, in particular in relation to banking and finance agreements, construction and engineering agreements, M&A agreements, agency and distribution agreements and joint venture agreements.
