Expertise

Prof. Dr. Ursula Cassani is an expert in Swiss and international criminal law, especially in the field of economic and financial crime. She teaches criminal law at the University of Geneva, where she is member of the Committee of the Centre for Banking and Financial Law. She also sits as judge on the appeals court of the judiciary of the Canton of Geneva. Her main practice areas are International Legal Assistance, Criminal Law, Economic and Financial Crimes, Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering Law and International Confiscation.
