Dr. Saskia Eschmann is specialised in trademark, geographical indication, design, copyright and unfair competition law with an emphasis on litigation, but has experience in all areas of intellectual property law, including prosecution, advising on licenses, distribution agreements, franchises and intellectual property aspects of transactions. Saskia Eschmann also practiced as a member of the Intellectual Property team of a Chinese law firm in Beijing where she focused on trademark law and anti-counterfeiting.
