Rayan Houdrouge is regularly advising companies on compliance with competition law. He has experience in merger control filings and competition law procedures. He is part of the Competition group of Lenz & Staehelin. His other main area of practice is public law, in particular in relation to pensions, employment and immigration law. He is frequently assisting corporate clients on issues relating to work permit applications, senior executive contracts, pension funds and employment documentation. He has experience in collective procedures such as transfers of undertaking and collective dismissals. Further areas of activity include tax-exempt/non-profit organizations.
