Tanja Luginbühl is an expert in corporate and M&A, insolvency and restructuring, and private clients. She has been involved in various national and cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases representing companies, banks and creditors. She leads the Insolvency and Restructuring group of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. Also, she has an extensive expertise in aircraft lease and finance transactions.
