Abhay Gaind practices international commercial arbitration and has experience which includes a wide range of substantive law issues (such as joint venture, M&A and general contract law disputes) and industries (such as telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Construction and Engineering). He has acted as co-counsel and assistant to arbitral tribunals in a wide variety of proceedings under various institutional rules and in ad hoc arbitration. Additionally, Abhay Gaind has trained with the United Nations Commission on Trade Law, Vienna, Austria as well as the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Paris, France.
