Marjolaine Viret is an associate in Lenz & Staehelin's Arbitration and Sports groups. She has been involved in various arbitration proceedings, both commercial and before the Court for Arbitration for Sport. She is specialising in sports law and is currently working on a doctorate thesis in the field of doping sanctions and procedures.
