Dr. Diana Akikol is a senior associate in Lenz & Staehelin’s Arbitration group in Geneva. She acts as counsel to parties or arbitrator. She advises clients in a wide range of contractual and commercial matters, which special emphasis on domestic and cross-border sales transactions. Her area of practice further includes disputes involving international organizations or institutions (e.g. ILOAT proceedings). Diana Akikol obtained her doctorate degree with a thesis on the seller’s liability for defective goods under Swiss domestic law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
