Harold Frey leads the Arbitration practice group of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. He has represented clients in numerous ad-hoc arbitrations and before all major arbitral institutions (including ICC, Swiss Chambers, LCIA and VIAC), at multiple seats and governed by a variety of substantive laws. Matters included a wide range of legal issues (with a particular focus on joint venture, M&A, licensing and general contract law disputes) and industries (such as telecommunications, pharmaceutical, construction and engineering). Harold Frey also serves as arbitrator. He has extensive experience as a counsel in litigation before Swiss courts.
