Dr. Dirk Spacek's practice focuses on intellectual property, licensing and distribution agreements, IT, telecoms and media law, competition and commercial litigation in general. He represents clients in litigations before Swiss courts and in administrative matters before governmental authorities. He also regularly advises on intellectual property aspects of transactions. Dirk Spacek has several years of professional experience as a research assistant to Prof. Rolf H. Weber (University of Zurich), as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich and as a trainee with a major Swiss law firm.
