Lenz & Staehelin supports the Swiss Sailing Team in Rio

Lenz & Staehelin has assisted the Swiss Sailing Team for the preparation of the season highlight in Rio, confirming its commitment to support wherever possible young talents.

We are proud to have contributed to the Swiss sailors’ great performance, which includes one diploma in the Nacra 17 category, the participation of two Swiss teams to medal races, with a victory in the men’s 470 medal race, as well as several remarkable individual race results.

The work performed included the negotiation and drafting of various contractual documents as well as the provision of tax and various legal risk management advices. All legal services were provided on a pro bono basis.
