Jelmoli procures customized CRM system

Lenz & Staehelin advised Jelmoli AG, a subsidiary of SIX listed Jelmoli Holding AG focusing on real estate and retail trade, in the implementation and support of a customized customer retention and relationship management (CRM) system.
