New Counsels: Richard Pease, Olivier Mach, Henri Torrione

After many years with our firm, Richard Pease, Olivier Mach and Henri Torrione will be retiring from the partnership. They have all participated in a vital manner in the development of our firm and we are therefore happy that they will remain with us as counsels.

Richard Pease has been a partner since 1967 and head of the Private Clients department for more than 30 years and has become known as an internationally recognised expert in the trust field. As counsel he will continue to be active in the field of trusts.

Olivier Mach has been a partner since 1977 and was a leader in the field of European competition law before developing in the eighties the activities of the office in the field of the law relating to foreigners. He will continue to work as counsel, in particular in the field of immigration law and employment law.

Henri Torrione has been a partner since 1990 and is a certified tax expert. He has been totally dedicated to the tax activities of the office. Since 2001, he has taught at the University of Fribourg and has decided henceforth to concentrate in teaching tax law and philosophy of law.
