EU Commission cleared joint venture between Swiss Post International and Hermes Logistik
Lenz & Staehelin advised Swiss Post International, owned by Swiss Post, in its joint venture with Hermes Logistik, owned by the Otto Group, in the EC merger filing. The joint venture was cleared by the EC Commission in phase I.
