Sunrise outsourced network operations and maintenance to Alcatel-Lucent

Lenz & Staehelin advised Sunrise Communications AG in its network outsourcing to Alcatel-Lucent. While network planning and customer care remained with Sunrise, the entire construction, operation and maintenance of the Sunrise network was outsourced.

The contract included the transfer of 290 employees to Alcatel-Lucent and is valued at more than CHF 500 million over 7 years.
