15ème Journée de droit de la concurrence

The conference takes place in Institut Droit et Economie IDé of Fribourg's Faculté de Droit on January, 20th 2023. It will focus on the relationship between energy supply and competition law as well as on competition law in the context of intellectual property and platform law. In addition, the Director of the COMCO Secretariat will give an overview of the current activities of the authority as well as an overview of the new and outgoing Presidents.
Benoît Merkt will speak at 11:20 on the topic "Which implementation?" regarding energy supply.
