Dr Xavier Favre-Bulle will be participating to the 2nd Annual GAR Live conference, held at the Sheraton Hotel, Zurich on 7 March 2019.
Hosted by Global Arbitration Review, the conference will consist of four sessions in which panellists are expected to cover arbitration through several different lenses: money laundering, sanctions and human rights.
Dr Xavier Favre-Bulle will be joining the 14:25 panel on "Money laundering in arbitration". The panel will address how money laundering can occur within international arbitration and what is best practice when it comes to recognising cases where money has been illegally obtained.
