32nd MARQUES Annual Conference Workshops

Prof. Dr. Jürg Simon be participating to the 2018 MARQUES Annual Conference, which will be held at the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel in Paris, from Tuesday 18 September to Friday 21 September 2018.
This year's conference will focus on "Branding Style: Appearance, Aesthetics and Éclat", and include a number of sessions on topics such as branding, design and luxury goods.
Prof. Dr. Jürg Simon will be moderating the workshop "A tale of sorbets, geographical indications and brands", on Thursday 20 september, at 14.15. This workshop will present and discuss the complex issues raised by the CJEU "Champagner Sorbet" decision and consider in particular if and how jurisprudence from the food industry is also affecting other industries.
