Shelby R. du Pasquier will be speaking on the DOJ Policy on the "Privacy, Privilege, and Procedure: Perspectives from Foreign Lawyers" panel at the White Collar Crime Institute being held on May 10th at the New York City Bar Association (NYCB).
Initiated by the White Collar Criminal Law Committee of the NYCB, the Annual White Collar Crime Institute is a comprehensive full-day program that explores the scope and nature of white collar matters as well as the challenges of defending these matters. Panels will include senior government enforcement officials, judges, senior legal personnel from New York-based corporations and financial institutions, and top practitioners in the field.
