AIMA Global Policy & Regulatory Forum 2018

The 2018 Global Policy & Regulatory Forum will be held on Tuesday 20 March 2018 at the InterContinental, in Dublin. Organised by the Alternative Investment Management Association - AIMA, the conference will be devoted to the theme of managing a fragmented world.
Fedor Poskriakov and Maria Chiriaeva will be participating to the "Switzerland - Private placement in the digital age - key regulatory developments" workshop. This session will address the Swiss private placement regime for collective investment schemes and shed light on the current regulatory practice relating to novel fundraising mechanisms such as ICOs or "token sales", as well as provide an update on the upcoming changes to the Swiss regulatory framework which may impact fundraising for alternative investments.
