This event aims to take stock of the interface between competition law and technology transfer. It focuses on the needs of businesses and is intended for companies (multinationals and SMEs), in-house counsel, lawyers, as well as authorities active in the feld of innovation.
Dr. Marcel Meinhardt will participate in a panel discussion which addresses the following topic: "Is the current application of Swiss competition law appropriate for technology transfer?".
