The 17th Bavarian IT-Law Day 2018 will be held in Munich on 18 October 2018. It will be organized by the Bavarian and the German Bar Associations together with the University of Passau. As data has grown to "big" data and become a business staple, the associated legal questions have also exploded. The all-day seminar on "Data Business and Data Economy" will present perspectives from Germany, Switzerland and the EU on data strategy, governance, ownership, and value along with the most current legal guidance on artificial intelligence, antitrust law and data privacy topics.
Dr. Lukas Morscher will speak on "Daten-Compliance und -Governance".
