Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Conference in St.Gallen

The annual Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Conference held by the Institute for Law and Legal Practice of the University of St.Gallen provides a forum for practice-oriented advanced training for Debt Collection and Bankruptcy-practitioners on selected current issues. The Conference addresses attorneys at law, court employees, prosecution officers and liquidators, other representatives of authorities, debt collection agents and trustees. All speakers are experienced practitioners and regularly publish on the topic of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. Tanja Luginbühl will speak at 14.15 hrs about "The English Scheme of Arrangement" and its impact on restructurings in Switzerland.
