As the cloud is the ultimate platform for innovation in the digital transformation era, Microsoft and Temenos arranged for a joint event on ‘Digital Transformation in Banking’ to present their initiative for a Swiss cloud solution for financial institutions. The joint event was held on 12 June 2018 at Quai 61 in Zurich. Marc Holitscher, National Technology Officer at Microsoft Switzerland, presented the new hyperscale cloud – trusted platform for banking innovation. Dr. Lukas Morscher, Partner and Head of TMT & Outsourcing at Lenz & Staehelin, spoke on cloud outsourcing by Swiss financial institutions from a legal and regulatory perspective. Andrew Reeves, Managing Director at Temenos, presented the new banking solutions provided through the Temenos cloud.
