Digitalisation Week

Jacques Iffland will be participating in the 1st edition of the University of Lausanne's "Digitalisation Week", taking place from 11 to 15 February 2019. Blockchain, Smart Contracts, Cryptomonnaies, Platforms, Big Data - new technologies are challenging lawyers. They must grasp the main social, economic and technical challenges of digitisation and find the appropriate legal instruments to respond to the upheavals caused by digital technology. It is in this perspective that the "Digitalisation Week" is taking place.
Interventions by internationally renowned foreign researchers from the various faculties of UNIL and EPFL are planned to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the acquisition of skills between lawyers and scientists.
Jacques Iffland will be speaking on the "Legal Framework of Finance and Digitalisation", on 15 February.
