The Europa Institut of the University of Zurich organizes a seminar, where leading attorneys from various Swiss law firms will speak about the restructurings of banks as well as about their role in insolvency proceedings. Amongst the speakers is Dr. Roland Fischer, who will talk at 11.55 hrs about the role of the bank as lender in the debt work-out-process of a borrower.
