Global Investigations Review is organizing together with Lenz & Staehelin a major international conference to be held in Zurich on Tuesday, 20 November 2018, the first to be held in the city. The event promises to bring together the best of private practitioners and in house counsel to discuss topics at the forefront of investigations, white-collar crime and fraud, in a day designed to include high calibre and interactive panel discussions divided by several networking breaks.
Benjamin Gruenstein, partner at Cravath, Swaine and Moore, together with Dr. Marcel Meinhardt, partner at Lenz & Staehelin, will chair this event which starts at 14.00 CET in Lenz & Staehelin's premises.
Dr. Marcel Meinhardt is also moderating the second panel discussion which is focusing on "Resolving a cross-border investigation: making the right decisions and avoiding the pitfalls".
The third session "Protection and enforcing legal privilege in Swiss investigations" is being moderated by Dominique Müller, litigation partner of Lenz & Staehelin.
