Dr Xavier Favre-Bulle will be joining the next ICC Arbitration Conference, on "Enforcement, setting aside and related treaty claims: a view from Europe", which will be held at La Maison de la Paix in Geneva on 10 May 2019.
Organized jointly by the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC and the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement (CIDS), this conference will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
Dr Favre-Bulle will be participating to the panel "The final battle(s): a tour d’Europe of the practice of national courts in relation to the setting aside and enforcement of arbitral Awards", from 14.00 to 16.00 hrs.
