From December 2 to 3 the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission hosts the ICN Unilateral Conduct Workshop in Brussels. In plenary sessions analytical framework for assessing unilateral conduct cases, analyzing competitive effects and crafting remedies will be the issue. Following these plenary sessions Dr. Marcel Meinhardt (Head of Competition) will co-lead the discussions on margin squeeze claims in the telecom sector.
