Internal Investigations

Thursday, 15 September 2011, 14.30 - 18.15 hrs
Venue: Lenz & Staehelin, Bleicherweg 58, 8027 Zurich

Companies, organisations and senior management increasingly face governmental investigations, governance issues and disclosure challenges. Often, these are triggered by far-reaching legal and tax provisions, the occurrence of unforeseen events (e.g fraud, litigation), whistleblower provisions or sudden changes in the share price.

The efficient management of these internal investigations is a crucial success factor in such critical situations and Lenz & Staehelin is delighted to announce a half-day Seminar on Internal Investigations.

The Swiss aspects will be presented by actual and former in-house counsels from Panalpina, Schindler, Adecco and HSBC as well as experts of Lenz & Staehelin. A partner of the premier U.S. law firm Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP will offer the US perspective and experience.

The goal of the seminar is to share hands-on experiences, rather than theoretical know-how. Workshops focusing on certain fields (such as financial, competition, and criminal law) will allow the participants to discuss specific issues, questions and experiences.

Lenz & Staehelin representatives:

Marcel Meinhardt
Shelby R. du Pasquier
Martin Burkhardt
Daniel Tunik
