This UIA Seminar “Current Hot Topics in International Arbitration” will deal with current issues in international arbitration. This Seminar is organised with the Danish Arbitration Association, the Danish Arbitration Institute, the Association of Danish Law Firms and the Danish Bar and Law Society in Copenhagen.

Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle will speak about “Whither the Duties of the Enforcement Court under the New York Convention after Dallah v Pakistan?”.

This seminar will take place at the Hotel Radisson Blu Royal, Hammerichsgade 1, Copenhagen, Denmark from 7 April 2011 19.00 hrs (Welcome Cocktail) to 8 April 2011 18.00 hrs (an optional dinner will follow the seminar and starting at 20.00 hrs).
