International Trust and Estate Planning - 32nd Annual Advanced Course

The 32nd Annual Advanced Course on International Trust and Estate Planning organized by the American Law Institute will take place on 27-28 October 2016 at the Washington Plaza Hotel in Washington D.C.. Mark Barmes will participate to this event as a Faculty Member. He will in particular be speaking on "Trust and Tax Law Developments Outside the U.S." (27 October, at 11.35 am) and participate to the roundtable on "Practical Advice for Clients with Foreign Trusts and Foreign Business Interest" (27 October, at 2.45 pm).

The International Trust and Estate Planning course is meant to provide information and practical strategies required for advising both U.S. and international clients in this complex and always-changing area. New and updated discussions address the full range of issues confronting international tax planning practitioners, including compliance with the OECD’s Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), among many others.
