This seminar will focus on the revision of the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes in the light of the EU Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). Olivier Stahler will speak at 9.15 hrs. In his speech, Olivier will review how the Swiss alternative investment industry will be impacted by this forthcoming legal reform.
