Seminar: Private Wealth Management in the New Era

25 March 2010
Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 1 Quai Turrettini, Geneva

One year after the announcement by the Swiss government (on Friday 13 March 2009) that it would withdraw its reservation to Article 26 of the OECD Model Treaty, and would comply with the full OECD standards of information exchange in banking matters, Philip Marcovici, Ivan Pictet and Pascal Saint-Amans will consider the significance of this change in policy and the impact it has on the Swiss finance industry and their clients. The three experts will look at the new international environment, the future relationship between the international finance centres and onshore jurisdictions and the new business model for Swiss banking.

Richard Pease as Chairman will guide through this Seminar, which is organised by the Legal & Tax Chapter of the British-Chamber of Commerce, Geneva Chapter and is supported by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Association Suisse-Romande.
