This seminar, which is organized by the Int. Association of Lawyers (UIA) Sports Law and Tax Law Commissions and Int. Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) Sports Law and Tax Law Commissions, will be a unique opportunity to share ideas and comments regarding the new distinction made, in the last year, by sports lawyers between “sports performance rights” and “economic rights”.

Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle is a member of the Organizing Committee and will be a moderator during a Round Table (Panel II) which will deal with “Multiple ownership: practical aspects and tax planning”.

This seminar will take place at the 725 Continental Hotel, Av. Roque Sáenz Peña 725, Buenos Aires, Argentina from 9 March 2012 09.00 hrs to 10 March 2012 18.00 hrs (a welcome reception will precede the Seminar on 8 March 2012 and starting at 19.00 hrs and an optional dinner will follow the seminar and starting at 21.00 hrs).
