Women's Board Award 2020 Ceremony

Last year, the Women's Board Award was launched in Switzerland to recognize female excellence and performance at the highest level of management. The main goals of the award are to make the achievements of women at board level more visible, broadening the pool of female candidates for board chairmanship, promoting diversity at board level and strengthen women in business.
Lenz & Staehelin is proud to support this award, which was presented on Tuesday, 10 November 2020, in Switzerland for the second time.
The award ceremony had to take place without an audience due to Covid-19 restrictions. Only the circle of nominees, jury and organizers gathered to honor the nominees and the winner. The video below shows the highlights of the award and the winner Isabelle Welton.
