XI Conference of the Italian Association for Arbitration

The 11th conference of the Italian Association for Arbitration "Evidence in Arbitration" will take place on 3rd December 2021. The first session will be about "The Powers of Arbitrators and the Law Applicable to Evidence" and will be followed by a session "Ascertaining the Facts before the Arbitrators".
Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle will be one of the speakers in the second session and will talk more specifically about witness evidence.
