This conference is one of the leading competition law events worldwide. This year's conference will cover many of the pressing issues currently discussed in EU competition law. Marcel Meinhardt is presiding the presentation of Steven A. Newborn - "The Art of War: Antitrust Strategies in Hostile Takeover Battles" on Thursday, April 23, at 15.30 hrs.
The ICF will take place in the Hall of the St.Gallen Cantonal Parliament (Kantonsratssaal) which is located in the Building of the Cantonal Government in downtown St.Gallen.
