Dr. Adrian Wyss is an associate in the Zurich office of Lenz & Staehelin. His practice focuses on intellectual property law and commercial litigation and arbitration in general. He represents clients in litigations before Swiss courts and in administrative matters before governmental authorities. He also advises on intellectual property aspects of transactions.
In addition to his work as party representative, Adrian Wyss also sits as an arbitrator and teaches intellectual property law, among others, at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences. In 2019, Adrian Wyss was elected by the State Parliament as part-time judge of the Commercial Court of the State of Aargau.
