Claudia Walz

Claudia Walz's practice focuses on commercial administrative law, especially competition law and intellectual property. She is a member of the firm's Competition, Intellectual Property as well as Real Estate practice groups. Claudia Walz has proven expertise in the fields of commercial administrative law, commercial law and administrative procedural law as a former law clerk at the Federal Administrative Court and has worked for leading internationally oriented commercial law firms. Claudia Walz has repeatedly been invited as a guest speaker at conferences of the Institute for the Protection of Intellectual Property (INGRES) and is a former guest author of the licensing executives society Switzerland (LES-CH). She is a lecturer on competition law at the Swiss School for International Business.
