Jamar E. Brown's diverse practice focusses on dispute resolution and advising in international aspects of private client work. 

Jamar E. Brown regularly represents international organizations in employment disputes before specialized administrative tribunals such as the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization.  He advises on all aspects of international civil service law, and acts in internal investigations, disciplinary matters, and proceedings before internal appeal bodies.

Jamar E. Brown's regulatory and compliance practice focusses on assisting trust companies and family offices, where he has an established record of advising on financial account information exchange and disclosure regimes, including the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development's Standard for the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information.

Jamar E. Brown has also been involved in international commercial arbitrations throughout Europe, and coordinates cross-border disputes for private clients and corporate trustees.
