    Jamar E. Brown is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration and Private Clients groups in our Geneva Office. His diverse practice focuses on dispute resolution and international aspects of private client work. 

    Jamar represents international organisations in employment disputes before specialised administrative tribunals including the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization. He also acts in internal investigations, disciplinary matters, and proceedings before internal appeal bodies.

    Jamar's private client work concentrates on regulatory and compliance matters.  He regularly advises trust companies and family offices on a wide range of information exchange and reporting regimes including the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development's Standard for the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information. 

    In addition to having been involved in international commercial arbitrations throughout Europe, Jamar also coordinates cross-border disputes on behalf of private clients and corporate trust companies.
