Paul Michel

Paul Michel works as a senior associate in the Geneva office and is a member of the Employment and Pension group. He is mainly advising clients on all issues relating to employment law and litigation matters. He is notably assisting clients, including SMEs and multinational companies, in issues relating to employment agreements, termination agreements, mass-dismissal and business transfer. His other areas of practice are commercial contracts and administrative law matters.
