On March 11, 2022, the consultation period for the revised Swiss Cartel Act lapsed. Based on this consultation, Swiss government is likely to publish the respective bill by the end of 2022. Thereafter it will be discussed in Swiss parliament. The revised Swiss Cartel Act will enter into force in 2024 at the earliest.
