The purpose of this Newsflash is to inform you that the Swiss Federal Department of Finance ("FDF") has recognized the first ombudsman's offices. The recognition of the ombudsman's offices triggers the start of the affiliation obligation under the Swiss Financial Services Act ("FinSA") and the Financial Institutions Act ("FinIA").
