Acquisition of Clariant's pigments business closed

On June 14, 2021, the Heubach Group in partnership with SK Capital announced the acquisition of Clariant's pigments business valued at approximately CHF 805 million, with additional consideration of CHF 50 million contingent on the 2021 financial performance of the business unit. Following receipt of all approvals and satisfaction of all closing conditions the transaction has now been closed.
