Walter Bader started his career as a Controller in an industrial company in Liechtenstein. In 1994 he joined a major American IT service company as Finance Manager. Over 20 years he served as a Country Controller and Director Finance & Administration for the biggest IT companies in Switzerland, until he was appointed Country Controller for an American insurance broker in Switzerland. He joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2016.
